Prepare /etc/network/interfaces with lo and eth0 dhcp

Users usually expect this config to exist (see e.g. #13). However,
we don't enable the networking service by default because it's not
always desirable (think about tiny-cloud, cloud-init, one-context etc.)
It's up to the user to configure networking via script passed to
alpine-make-vm-image.
